Cup Cake Decoration Workshop

Hm... last Tuesday i went to cup cake decoration workshop. Berbaloi jugak la ponteng kelas cor comp(first time k) coz nk pergi workshop ni even im so dilemma whether to go or not to the workshop. Syok sngt blaja deco cup cake ni. Senang jer...pasni bleh la beli barang2 untuk buat wat cup cake nyer punya frosting. Ni antara gambar2 yg i amek mase kelas tuh. Actually x la cantik sngt coz main letak jer cream2 tuh dah xda mase. Gmbr cup cake ni pun i amek masa kt bilik pas balik.

Yang ni senang, just put the backgound. Then tekan jer bunga2 kecik tuh.

Corak ni ada pagar2 skit. Seriously nk kejar mase so main lukis jer la.

This one after i put the background cream, i buat bunga rose. then, my mind blur. ohhh.... what should i do next. then i pun lukis daun every side n buat bulat2 purple tuh. Done! next cup cake...

Ni first cup cake yang i decorate. So, i put my name there =)

Hehe... cup cake ni i start buat ngan dia punya tepi2 tuh, then i blur... eh what should i do for the inside. Then i hurry jalan2 n found the acuan frosting untuk lukis with blur color. After that i write zie at the cup cake...then i feel eh it too simple. so, i add up the orange flower. ape2 lah asalkan ak siap decorate. haha...

Before buat cup cake ni, kita org belajar lukis atas papan kek ni dlu. Ni papan yg i conteng2 ngan cream. huhu...

Yang ni org lain nyer buat. x banyk snap coz da last minute br tangkap gambar.

Tngk ni ada logo utp, sesungguhnya student yg buat ni memang love utp. huhu.

I like the pink love... dont know who do it.

This i try main2 acuan2 tuh... well, boleh wat pagar n small flower. Also boleh wat star juga.

Huhu... sngt syg nk makan cup cake ni. Tp mase wat deco perut pun jd lapar nk makan...

Ni a bit of traditional corak.

Ha... Ni gambar daun2 yg i try buat. Act susah jg nk buat daun ni. kena pandai picit2. huhu... ada daun kecik, besar panjang. Nk jadikan kaktus pun boleh....

Yang ni i try guna acuan untuk lukis. x th nk lukis ape. lukis keta zaman kanak2 dlu =)

Bunga ni name dia blossom. Cara nk buat. Ambil acuan untuk lukis bunga yg besar. Then, u tekan frosting dan putar 45 degree. Then, u can add any corak kt atas untuk cantikkan lagi.

Yang ni blossom before letak cream purple kt atas.

Yang ni corak bunga rose.

Boleh letak daun2 kt tepi tuh...

Cara nak buat bunga rose ni, tekan acuan dan rotate 360 degreee. Senang jer kan =)

My cooking stuff =)

Hm... today i dont know y so rajin nk tulis blog ni. Maybe kot because da 4 ari ak duduk depan comp n do my fyp (final year project) n off course coding.. coding n coding. So, just nk release tension.haha..

This post not to shared a recipes,but just to share my cooking stuff picture =). huh... but i still not have my own kitchen.. so sad :(

I wish to have kitchen with perfect stuff n pink color kitchen. haha.... mcm mane la nanti erk agaknyer...

My small Blender ... suite for blend nuts.

This blender i usully used to blend chilly & onions. Damm... i really care of it
So, i will make sure it always clean n no food color stick on it.

Hmm.. this food weigh measure i usually use to measure the ingredient i need in making
cake n muffin. i like the color v much. so cute!

This is my cutlerly set. Yang untuk kacau2 kat dapur also black color.huhu...

Yeah... this is my oven, i used it to hot my dishes, cooking chicken tandori, fish or rolled chicken & muffin. Also i used it to save the food i cook. So sad, coz i just live in a small room at university. haha... life as a student.

Here my khind induction cooker, i used it everyday to cook my meal. It hot very fast n save my cooking time. Also, its so easy to clean, portable, safety and not heavy. This cooker used the heat transmission, thats y u can cook fast, safety because the surface not hot and no fire..haha.. Also,
I like the design compare to other induction in market....

Ayam Masak Simple Plan



Hm... hari ni saya nk share resepi ayam masak simple2, act i dont know resepi ni name ape. But, it very tasty n so eazy to make.

Bahan-bahan:
Ayam
2 or 3 biji bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
setengah inchi halia
Bawang besar dipotong bulat
Sos tiram
Sos cili
Sos tomato
Minyak untuk menumis
Gula & Garam

Cara2nya
1.Tumis bawang merah, putih dan halia sehingga naik bau.(Bahan2 ni boleh dihiris/ditumbuk)
2.Masukan 2 sudu sos tiram,sos cili & sos tomato.
3.Then, masukan ayam dan sedikit air.
4.Lastly, masukan hirisan bawang besar garam dan gula secukup rase.

Note:
1.Selalu resepi ni i masak udang & ayam. Kalau udang sekejap sahaja masak.Act seafood x boleh masak lame, nanti dia kecut.huhu...
2.Kalau nk masukkan daun sup boleh juga. Letak semasa masukkan hirisan bawang besar.

Kek Coklat Moist

Bahan-bahan
2 cawan tepung gandum
2 sudu kecil baking powder
1 1/2 cawan gula halus
4 biji telur gred A
250 gram buttercup
2 sudu kecil esen vanilla
1 cawan serbuk koko or 75 gram
1/2 cawan gula halus
1 cawan air panas
1/2 cawan susu cair

Cara-cara
1. Masukan serbuk koko,gula halus (1/2 cawan) dan air panas dan jerang dengan api yang kecil sambil dikacau rata dan berkilat sejukan dan tuangkan susu cair kacau rata dan ketepikan.
2. Pukul butter dan gula hingga kembang dan masukan telur sebiji-sebiji,vanilla di gaul rata dan ayak tepung dengan baking powder.
3. Kemudian, masukan tepung berselang selikan dengan pes coklat yang dijerang tadi.
3. Masukan dalam loyang dan bakar selama 1 jam pada suhu 180 darjah api atas bawah.
4. Sejukan kek.
5. Untuk moistnya satukan 100 gm coklat masak, 1 sudu besar susu pekat manis dan 3 sudu besar air panas dan cairkan secara double boiler hingga pekat dan curahkan diatas kek dan hiaskan ikut suka.

Tuna

Minna! genki desu ka? Hm... I just chat with kak hanim before and just remember her tuna.

haha...delicious. Hm...I think I should share the recipe also. But I don’t know exactly how much she put the ingredient. But, I have tried at home last time and the taste is same.


So, here the ingredient:

2 Big onion.

3 red chilly.

1 tin Tuna ( I prefer ayam brand)

Mayonnaise ( 3 or 4 table spoon)

Lime juice (used 1 or 2 lime already enough)

Direction:

1. Cut the onion and red chilly in very small piece.
2. Open the tuna and separate the tuna and souse inside it.
3. Take out the tuna bone and punch the tuna.
4. Put the onion, red chilly and mayonnaise in the tuna and mix them together.
5. Put the lime juice and tuna souse about 2 table spoon (don’t need much).
6. Lastly put salt and sugar until u get the taste u want.
7. Ready for serve.

Tom Yam ( Traditional ways)


hm..act im having lunch time. tp, x g lunch pun. Just lepak kt depan computer ni.
So, today i think i want to post this recipe.

Bahan bahan:
3 biji bawang merah.
2 biji bwang putih.
1 biji bawang besar.
Seulas serai ( kalau serai tu halus guna la 2).
Daun limau( 6 keping).
1 asam keping
Halia seinci.
Cili kering yg sudah di blender ( 2 sudu besar).
Garam & gula.
Carrot( dipotong memanjang)
Bunga kobis.
Cendawan.
Baby corn.
Cili padi.
Fishball.
Ayam.
Air.

So, cara cara membuat Tom Yam:
1. Tumiskan bawang merah,bawang putih,halia dan serai sampai kekuningan dan naik wangi.
2.Kemudian, masukkan cili dan asam keping. Kacau sehingga naik minyak.
3. Lepastu, masukkan air dlm 1 litter, dan masukkan ayam.
4. Bila ayam da masak, boleh la masukkan cili padi, semua sayur yang telah dipotong bersama fish ball.
5.Then masukkan gula dan garam secukup rase.
6.Lastly, masukkan daun limau, bawang besar dan kacau.
7.Cuba rasa tomyam, if ade rase yg kurang boleh la tambahkan mase ni. Mungkin nk pedas lagi, tambah la cili padi, nk masin skit tambah la garam.
8. Tutup api or induction cooker. Boleh dihidang.

Slalunyer, masak tomyam ni sedap makan ngan telur dadar sekali. Hm...sekejap jer masak. rasenyer, i take 1 hour to cook rice,tomyam and telur dadar.

footnote: Bagi kawan kawan yang nk diet tuh, u all boleh x tumis tomyam. Just, letak air and masukkan terus bawang,halia, serai and cili sekali, pas 3 minute cam tu masuk ayam and seterusnyer mcm cara2 diatas. Act this way lagi senang n lagi sihat :)
